Joni Dunn

Joni Dunn is a lifelong Knoxvillian with a deep-rooted love for her hometown—a love that fuels her passion for real estate. Growing up, she explored the area’s lakes, hiking trails, and the Smoky Mountains, giving her an intimate knowledge of the region’s natural beauty and amenities. Her time as a student and graduate of the University of Tennessee only strengthened her connection to the city, its campus culture, and its vibrant community. That connection has come full circle, as three of her own children have gone on to graduate from UT as well.
